Instruction to Students

1. All the students are advised to send their Presentation File (in *.ppt) to dinesh.pathak@cdgl.tu.edu.np. It will be stored in the official database.

2. The students are advised to update their thesis as per the suggestions from External Examiner, Internal Examiner, Supervisors and other faculties.

3.  Update thesis to meet the plagiarism guideline as prescribed by Dean Office, IOST (Guideline: https://cdgl.tu.edu.np/notices/4395).

4. Submit the digital copy of updated/finalized thesis to the Department. The final Plagiarism check will be officially carried out by the Department. Once the students receive approval from the Department on thesis format as per CDG Guideline and plagiarism Guideline, they may print the thesis and submit a hard copy in the department for final check.

5. When it is approved, the students may submit the binded thesis with signatures of External Examiner, Internal Examiner and Supervisor(s) to the Department.
