NOTICE TO PhD STUDENTS

The presentation of those students who has submitted the progress report will be held on 14-15 Magh 2082. Prepare the presentation slides in the sequence as below:

Slide 1. Research topic, student's name, supervisor(s) name, registration no, registration date

Slide 2: Main and specific Objectives (highlight the research of specific objectives that are already completed)

Slide 3-4: Research works carried out during last 6 months

Slide 5: Comparision of submitted/revised research plan and achievement 

Slide 6: Research plan for timely completion

The PhD students are notified to submit their progress report and presentation file by 12 Magh 2082 (15:00) to the Administration Office of Central Department of Geology. The powerpoint presentation file should be mailed to paru.lama@cdgl.tu.edu.np

     Note

1. The presentation schedule (including those students who has submitted the progress report) will be published by 16:30 on 12 Magh 2082. 
2. Students are responsible for timely completion of official process for Time Extension/Re-Registraton
